BLUE PRINTING PHASE – Our Team conducts vital workshops to bring your current processes into line with SAP. These workshops help us understand your current legacy system and gather necessary requirements to achieve more functional and productive SAP systems.

We rework your essential documentation, such as BPML and Business Design docs, using process flows, Visio, Blueprint, As Is and To Be captured.

REALIZATION PHASE – Our team sets up Gold, Test and Quality Client scenarios. We start building your future SAP system(s) based on data gathered during the Blue Print Phase. We write the functional specification documents for all your company’s custom needs and interfaces, as well as all business process procedures (BPP) to help build your training materials. We also write the complete functional or unit testing to ensure your systems are working optimally.

TESTING PHASE – Our team works with the quality center, test director, and work soft in capturing or creating test scripts for user acceptance, system integration, parallel, and regression testing. We write and can help you write your own scripts by navigating you through SAP actions and transactions.

GO LIVE AND SUPPORT PHASE – Our Team uses CATT scripts/ LSMW/DTTB/Custom Program to upload your legacy data into SAP. We are well experienced in data cleansing, data validation, data upload, and providing SAP support in production environments.
