Cancellation & Refund:
Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our SAP training , simply send us an email. There is no risk for you. The money back guarantee is valid for 5 days after your payment clears.

Liability:
Perfect Resources is not liable for any damage, mistakes, errors, or wrongdoings which may occur in the customers’ live SAP Production environment. Perfect Resources is solely a SAP standard training, eLearning provider.

Subscription Terms:
The subscription is for one user. Do not share your username and password. Perfect Resources will monitor and track all users for multi-logins. If the suspicion of and documentation of multi-user and shared access occurs, the user will have his/her account closed and no refund will be made.
